A little background on me: I am a Network Security Engineer and consultant living in South Florida.  I have been working in IT for over 10 years and specializing in security for the past 5.  I’ve worked with companies as small as 10 employees and as large as 40,000 employees.  My favorite role was as a consultant to small businesses, because I had the most direct access to end users to be able to teach them and answer their questions.  This is why I created this blog, to recapture some of those experiences.
